Sonia qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She is highly experienced in dealing with blue chip companies and senior executives as well as supporting the voluntary sector.

- Successfully representing an international company and multiple respondents in a multiparty claim where there were numerous allegations of race discrimination.
- Advising a CEO on an exit following a difficult merger.
- Co-ordinating the revision of a employee handbook for a global company across a number of jurisdictions.
- Advising regularly on settlement agreements for senior executives.
Interest
about me
Sonia is a busy mother to two boys, so when she is not cheering them on at the sidelines of their football matches, she relaxes by participating in yoga and meditation. She also enjoys swimming and cooking and has been known to jump out of an aeroplane or two.
