Alongside his legal career, Raees has worked within elite football environments, including coaching at West Bromwich Albion, and has advised football agents and professional players on transfers, player rights, contractual disputes and career strategy.
He is also the founder of the football analysis platform Pythagoras in Boots, where he provides tactical, performance and strategic football analysis to a global audience.
