Rachel Clarke is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales (2009) and a non-practising Barrister called to the Bar in 2004.


She is Level 2 Immigration and Asylum Accredited (2009) and Accredited Supervisor (2010). She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds (2003) and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law (2003)..


With over 20 years’ experience, she specialises in UK immigration and nationality law, human rights, and public law. 



She has worked in various roles in the private and charity sectors.

Rachel has worked as an Immigration Manager, where she oversaw high-volume and complex immigration and nationality matters, supervising legal teams, manages funded projects, and advised senior management on governance, safeguarding, and compliance.
