Nidal Nasseraldeen is a Paralegal in the Commercial Litigation & Disputes team at Kingsley Wood, working closely with the firm’s partners on a broad range of commercial disputes.
Direct, pragmatic and detail-focused, he supports matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, from initial case strategy and evidence preparation through to costs and enforcement. He brings a practical approach to progressing disputes, with particular attention to financial reconciliation, supporting documents and case preparation.

Nidal supports the firm’s partners with commercial litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract and debt recovery matters. His experience also includes corporate and personal insolvency, alongside property and conveyancing support.
His work combines legal research, drafting and case management, including the preparation of witness statements, letters before action, disclosure materials and court bundles.
With a strong awareness of the practical demands of running a dispute, Nidal takes a hands-on approach to organising evidence and reconciling financial information. Client care forms an important part of his work, alongside supporting the day-to-day progression of matters.
