Malcolm has over half a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2023. Having founded and run his own practice, Malcolm joined Kingsley Wood to provide his clients with greater resources and support while maintaining the personalised service they have come to expect.
Malcolm has the largest YouTube channel in the UK dedicated to M&A law, but also covers share structures, corporate restructurings, and legal due diligence.

- Family investment company structuring for an HNWI, using multiple share classes (including growth shares) for intergenerational wealth transfer.

Interest
about me
Outside of work, Malcolm is a keen golfer playing off a 12.7 handicap. He was born in the Italian part of Switzerland and is a fluent Italian speaker and conversational in Spanish. He is married to a wee Scottish lassie and lives in Manchester.
