Kishan was called to the Bar in 2012 and cross-qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate. Kishan is an accredited mediator and negotiator. He has been a Consultant Lawyer for over 10 years and during this time he has built a significant practice.
Kishan grew to a team of over 25 lawyers at Taylor Rose specialising in various practice areas and helped each lawyer establish their own successful consultancy practice. Kishan now leads the strategic direction and growth of Kingsley Wood as its CEO.

Kishan has a varied skill set and specialised in commercial litigation, mediation, corporate/commercial and employment law. Kishan has appeared in the Employment Tribunal on a variety of complex employment law cases and has also completed multi-million-pound transactions. Kishan has led successful mediations and negotiations and has previously advised the government on equalities legislation and community affairs.
Kishan’s hands on experience as a Consultant Solicitor over the last 10 years has given him a unique perspective on how to grow a significant practice when one is well supported with market-leading infrastructure and resources.

Kishan’s main mission is to pass on what he has learnt as a successful Consultant Solicitor to budding Consultant Lawyers that want to develop their own practice within a larger firm and earn more, live a better lifestyle and be well-supported to thrive in their careers.

Kishan played cricket for Middlesex County Cricket Club under-18’s and now coaches young children in cricket. Kishan once trekked up 20,000 feet in the Himalayan Mountain range.
Kishan enjoys travelling, hiking, diving, adventurous sports, football, tennis and is an avid foodie.
