about
Jenny is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a practical, solutions-driven approach to legal advice. She works with founder-led businesses, scales-ups, and established companies on corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, governance and board advisory, investment and fundraising support, and general corporate matters.
In addition to transactional and advisory work, Jenny provides fractional General Counsel services to businesses that need senior, ongoing legal support without the cost of a full-time in-house lawyer. This model gives the client access to experienced, strategic legal advice on a flexible basis and is particularly suited to growth-stage and owner-managed businesses.
Jenny’s background spanning senior in-house leadership roles in fintech, financial services and asset management gives her a strong understanding of the commercial and operational pressures her client face – enabling her to provide advice that is both legally rigorous and genuinely practical.
