Graham has been a party representee within construction adjudication industry for 25 years and has had a broad range of experience in dealing with construction disputes, loss and expense claims, fire damage, party wall disputes, having completed his institute of building qualifications in 1977.
Graham acted as secretary of the Metal Roofing Contractors Association, deputy chairman of the Lead Contractors association and as a director of the National Metal Training Group, Graham established a dispute resolution consultancy in 2002 and has an excellent background for assisting construction contractors and sub-contractors with façade claims, disputed final accounts, loss and expense and dispute avoidance.
Graham has joined Kingsley Wood with the ambition of growing the construction services division of the company.

Graham has been extensively involved in adjudication and litigation support, preparing detailed technical analyses that clarify the root causes of construction failures. He has acted as an Expert Witness in numerous cases involving roofing and cladding disputes, offering clear, evidence-based reports for adjudication, arbitration, and court proceedings. His portfolio includes work on landmark projects such as the Old Bailey roof refurbishment, Brighton Sea Life Centre, and multiple international developments — each requiring meticulous investigation and technical acumen.
Graham’s technical knowledge covers a wide range of roofing and cladding systems, including leadwork, copper, zinc, aluminium, and composite structures. His core skills include corrosion and condensation analysis, warm and cold roof design evaluation, ventilation risk assessment, and fixing and detailing inspections. With decades of experience in both construction and consultancy, he excels at diagnosing material failures, advising on remedial solutions, and implementing quality assurance systems that improve design integrity and performance across projects.

Institute of Building and brings extensive practical and technical knowledge gained over decades in the construction industry. His career includes diverse experience in
specialist façade and roofing systems, where he has contributed significantly to advancing best practices and professional standards. Appointed by
CITB as a
Commercial Awareness Trainer, Graham has also co-authored several
NVQ qualifications aimed at developing industry skills and knowledge. He has held leadership positions such as
Director of the Roofing Industry Alliance and is a
Founder Member of the Copper Development Association Advisory Service, reflecting his long-standing commitment to innovation, education, and excellence within the construction sector.
