Genevieve is a dual-qualified corporate and commercial lawyer (Solicitor of England & Wales and Barrister & Solicitor) with over 19 years of experience advising clients across law, business, and technology.
She has worked with all Big Four firms—EY, PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG—as well as FTSE 100 companies such as Shell and Unilever, and UK government departments. Her expertise spans corporate and commercial law, insolvency, and IT, alongside leading international divestments, post-merger integrations, regulatory compliance programmes, and digital transformation initiatives.
As Vice Chair of the British Nigeria Law Forum, Genevieve actively promotes international legal collaboration and cross-border commercial engagement between the UK and Nigeria.
