Esra qualified as a Solicitor in July 2023 and has gained experience across a broad range of legal practice areas. This has enabled her to develop strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills while delivering practical, commercially focused advice to her clients.
She specialises in advising artists, producers, managers, companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of music, entertainment, commercial and corporate matters. Esra also has experience working with influencers, content creators, businesses and investors, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
A fluent Turkish speaker, Esra is also able to advise members of the Turkish community.

Esra advises on music and entertainment matters, supporting artists, businesses and entrepreneurs on a range of contractual matters. She regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates artist, management, recording, publishing, producer, songwriter, distribution, licensing, influencer and brand partnership agreements.
Esra also advises on corporate and commercial matters, including consultancy, services, shareholder, share purchase, asset purchase, software licensing, data processing, non-disclosure and other commercial agreements.
She provides practical, commercially focused advice, helping clients negotiate key terms and manage legal risk.

Esra has worked on a bespoke talent representation agreement for an international management agency, including commission, exclusivity and post-termination provisions.
She has also reviewed and drafted publishing, producer and distribution agreements, as well as influencer campaigns and brand partnership agreements.
Her experience includes assisting on share and asset purchase transactions, carrying out due diligence, drafting transaction documents and supporting clients on intellectual property matters, including trademark protection.

about me
Esra is passionate about music and has been playing the guitar for around 7 years.
She also plays netball and is currently a part of a team in the Dulwich League. Esra enjoys going to concerts, travelling and playing sports.
