David Middleburgh is an experienced Solicitor-Advocate with over 30 years of experience in commercial litigation. He specialises in commercial disputes, particularly joint venture and shareholder disputes and banking litigation. 

about

David trained at Macfarlanes and became a solicitor in 1988. He continued his legal career by working with a number of City and West End law firms – Baker & McKenzie, Mishcon de Reya, Stephenson Harwood.


David headed the company / commercial department in a seven-partner firm in Clerkenwell between 2004 and 2010 and also ran a two-partner firm in Soho between 2010 and 2018.
