Annemarie began her career at Taylor Rose in 2009 as a fee earner in the costs department before moving into operational management, where she developed a particular interest in improving business processes and supporting teams.
She subsequently progressed to managing the firm's Diary Team and Administration Team, gaining extensive experience in people management, operational procedures and organisational efficiency.
Through her continued progression within the business, Annemarie became Chief Operating Officer at Taylor Rose before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of AIIC Group Services in May 2026.
Her professional background combines practical operational experience with senior management responsibilities, providing a foundation for her leadership of the Group's shared services division.

As Chief Executive Officer of AIIC Group Services, Annemarie leads the division established to bring together key operational and support functions across AIIC Group, including technology and infrastructure.
The division supports the Group's ongoing technology transformation programme and the development of a more consistent, resilient and scalable operational platform across its subsidiaries, including Kingsley Wood, Taylor Rose, FDR Law and SlothMove.
Annemarie has a particular focus on working collaboratively with teams to review existing procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and develop more efficient ways of working.
Through her leadership of AIIC Group Services, she supports the wider Group's commitment to operational excellence, innovation and sustainable business growth.
