E: Amir.Ahmed@kingsley-wood.com
Amir qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2020. He advises businesses, investors, property companies, lenders, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
Amir’s practice includes commercial property acquisitions and disposals, property finance and refinancing, portfolio transactions, landlord and tenant matters and property-related aspects of corporate transactions. He has experience acting on transactions involving high street banks, specialist lenders and alternative finance providers, including matters where he acts on a separate or dual representation basis.
Before specialising in commercial property, Amir gained experience across employment, healthcare litigation and commercial matters. This included secondments with Costa Coffee and University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, giving him valuable insight into the commercial and operational considerations that influence clients’ decision-making.

about
Amir is a commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused solicitor. He understands that property transactions often form part of a client’s wider investment, financing or business strategy and therefore aims to provide advice that is legally robust, commercially practical and proportionate to the transaction.
He works closely with clients, lenders, agents, surveyors, accountants and other professional advisers to identify potential issues at an early stage, manage risk and keep transactions moving towards completion. Amir is particularly focused on finding practical solutions to obstacles that might otherwise delay or prevent a transaction from proceeding.
His clients include business owners acquiring or selling operational premises, landlords and tenants negotiating commercial leases, property investors expanding or refinancing their portfolios, lenders taking security over commercial assets and corporate clients completing acquisitions or disposals involving property interests.
Amir’s approach is collaborative and responsive. He takes time to understand the commercial objective behind each instruction and provides clear advice on the available options, associated risks and steps required to achieve the client’s preferred outcome.
