Aman is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil), holding Grade A status with nearly two decades of post qualification experience.
He primarily specialises in clinical negligence, with a particular focus on maternity and birth injury claims, and also conducts serious and catastrophic injury litigation. A former Partner at a top 20 firm and recognised in the Legal 500, he has recovered over £20 million in damages over the course of his career.
He has won at the Court of Appeal, setting industry wide precedent, and has led complex cross border injury litigation, including that arising from the Costa Concordia disaster.
Aman also has experience of a broad range of commercial disputes and business advisory work, which he runs alongside his injury practice. He consults to Kingsley Wood and is the founder of Holiday Lawyers (holidaylawyers.co.uk), a boutique practice acting for those injured abroad or in the UK.
