With over 20 years of cross-border commercial real estate and energy infrastructure experience, Aditi is a trusted advisor to private equity-backed energy platforms, UK developers, and strategic stakeholders. Her work spans legal structuring, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations for smart grid systems, electricity networks, and ESG-led developments. - Advising a PE-backed smart energy platform (SNRG) on the structuring and implementation of smart grid services agreements across multiple UK housing and commercial schemes including providing an innovative legal solution for smartgrid deployments on residential and mixed use schemes.
- Leading legal negotiations on Airspace and Battery leases, substation lease and private wire agreements, including risk allocation, adoption obligations, and staged energisation structures.
- Drafting and negotiating complex electricity supply and asset transfer arrangements for developments in partnership with Science Parks, RPs, Master Developers and Housing Developers.
- Advising on the regulatory implications of the Electricity Licence Exemptions Order 2001 and financial ring-fencing rules for IDNOs.
- Structuring governance, guarantee, and indemnity frameworks for development-stage smart infrastructure contracts.
- Developing legal and commercial strategy for a CIC/ESCO structure on a large-scale mixed-use scheme, integrating embedded energy assets and management company obligations.

Aditi is a keen traveller and enjoys exploring new cities with her family. She has a young son and is passionate about circular economy and sustainable urban living. Outside of law, she enjoys reading, cultural experiences, trying various cuisines, and staying informed about global socio-economic trends. She is currently based between the UK and Dubai, balancing her family lifestyle with her consultancy and infrastructure work.
