and private entities on all matters concerning real estate law. Abhijit’s current focus is corporate real estate dealings in the renewable energy sector.

Fifteen years of practice has given him varied hands-on experience of fee earning, operations and risk management and has given him a unique perspective as to what a client, whether public or private, needs to achieve and how best to achieve it, whilst balancing the aims and needs of clients, lawyers and external stake holders.

Advising a unique private business providing place-based energy generation systems to large scale commercial and residential developments. The main focus is to create a playbook on how real estate documents like leases, transfers, etc should look when acquiring sites for installation of energy systems catering to the developments in the first instance and achieving overall savings to owners within the development.

Abhijit’s prime interests outside of law practice are studying theatre, reading fiction and relaxing.
