Natalie was admitted as a solicitor in 2023. Having worked at a top UK Top-100 law firm, she has gained experience working for a range of public and private clients in relation to transactional construction and energy matters. Natalie advises clients across all stages of construction and infrastructure projects. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction documents, including: building contracts, consultant appointments and security documents. Natalie also has experience in dispute resolution and has assisted on numerous high profile adjudications

Natalie is known for providing clear, commercially focussed advice that helps clients manage risk, achieve certainty and progress projects efficiently. She works closely with developers, contractors, consultants and funders to deliver pragmatic solutions and is valued for her attention to detail, strong

communication skills and ability to translate complex legal issues into straightforward, actionable advice. Natalie has experience advising on a broad range of transactional construction matters. Her work includes drafting and negotiating construction documentation for school developments, as well as reviewing and analysing associated security documents.

Natalie prepares schedules of amendments to JCT Design and Build contracts and produces detailed reports on construction documentation, identifying key legal and commercial issues for clients. She also has experience negotiating the terms of consultant appointments and collateral warranties with consultants and contractors, and frequently assisting property colleagues on residential and mixed-use housing matters, providing construction legal support throughout the transaction.

Interest

about me

Outside of practice, Natalie has a wide range of interests and enjoys spending time cooking and exploring new cuisines, reflecting a keen interest in food and travel. Natalie enjoys experiencing different

cultures, particularly through scuba diving and surfing in coastal destinations. Natalie also has a creative side and enjoys painting, appreciating the focus and perspective it brings beyond her legal practice.
