Justine acts for clients that require finance to include development loans, bridging loans and Islamic finance. She also assists clients who wish to transfer or purchase commercial property with their selfinvested personal pensions or small self-administered schemes.

Justine advises on the buying and selling of businesses to include nursing homes, hotels, public houses, beauty salons and restaurants. She has experience in both asset sales and share sales.
