Dr. Paul Abba qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2022 and as a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in 2025. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Exeter, an LL.M (with Distinction) from the University of Dundee, and an LL.B (First Class Honours).
With over 16 years of legal practice spanning the UK and Nigeria, Paul brings extensive expertise in asset protection, civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, and wealth management. His career includes serving more than three years as Senior Legal Counsel at Shell Petroleum and three years as a Consultant Solicitor in the UK, where he advised both private and corporate clients on complex legal and commercial matters.
Paul has been recognised internationally for his academic and professional achievements, including being named an Exceptional Talent in Legal Research by the British Academy (2019) and receiving two prestigious Commonwealth Scholarships (2011 & 2014) from the British Council.

Paul enjoys reading, team sports, tennis and swimming. He plays football in his leisure time and is a staunch supporter of FC Barcelona. He has a passion for mentoring the next generation of legal
professionals, drawing from his experience in academia in corporate law at the University of Huddersfield.
