Alexandra qualified in 2019 and has over a decade of experience working within the legal industry. Alexandra is both an experienced property litigator and commercial contracts specialist.
In respect of property litigation matters, Alexandra has advised both commercia and residential clients on a brad range of contentious matters across a number of sectors. Alexandra’s experience to date includes: landlord and tenant disputes in relation to breach of covenants, dilapidations, service charge disputes, business tenancy renewals and lease extensions; and land disputes involving boundaries and easements, trespass, adverse possession claims, possession claims, and enforcement matters in the High Court.
Alexandra also has also gained a vast amount of experience, both In-House and Private Practice in corporate and commercial matters, including that of Acquisitions, Commercial contracts and Advisory work and has proven track record of advising FTSE 100 companies, SME’ sand top tier- companies.
