Alexandra qualified as solicitor in 2019 and has over a decade of experience working within the legal industry. Alexandra is both an experienced property litigator and commercial contracts specialist.

Property Litigation:

Alexandra specialises in property litigation matters, relating to franchise litigation, and advises both residential and commercial clients on a broad range of contentious matters across several industries. Alexandra’s experience to date includes landlord and tenant disputes under the 1954 Act, breach of

covenants, dilapidations, service charge disputes, business tenancy renewals and lease extensions; and land disputes involving boundaries and easements, trespass, adverse possession claims, possession claims, and enforcement matters in the High Court.

Commercial Contracts:

Alexandra has also gained a vast amount of experience in corporate and commercial matters, including, Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts and Advisory work. Having worked as a General Counsel for a large corporation, and Head of a Litigation Department for a FTSE 100 company, Alexandra has a natural ability to mitigate risks to her clients' businesses and is a skilled negotiator.

Alexandra has a strong sense of dedication to her clients is well known for her no – nonsense, yet down to earth approach, which provides confidence in her relationships with her clients to deliver the best outcomes.
